With effect from 1 April 2025 as implemented by SIA HR. Passengers with more than 3 counts for Fail to board or same day cancellations in a month will be blocked from making a booking for the subsequent month.
Please be reminded to cancel the trip in advance if it is not required and swipe your boarding pass before boarding the bus and show it to the driver for verification.
