If the bus did not pick you up 20 minutes past your scheduled pick up time, you may proceed to take alternative transport (i.e taxi) to work and submit a taxi claim via the taxi claims form.
Claims submitted during the current month to the last day of the current month will be submitted to the bus operator to be processed and reimbursed at the end of the month. This process takes about 2 weeks to 1 months from the cut off date (depending on accuracy of the details submitted).
Claims submitted after the 7th day of incident will be rejected and not reimbursed.
Please attach relevant soft-copy of the complete and original receipt or transaction details (e.g. for Grab) which includes date and time, evidence to take alternative transport (boarding pass and time stamp), else the claims will be rejected.
Please ensure that payment information is accurate, else claims might not be received successfully.
