Once you have successfully booked your ride, please be at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the bus arrival time.
To access your Trip ticket, go to Menu > `Manage Rides` or simply open your notifications.
Click on the ‘Balloon’ on the map to see the street view of your pickup point.
You will be able to track the location of the bus 15 minutes prior to the departure time on your ride ticket.
Once the bus has arrived, open your ride ticket and SWIPE across the bar when it is enabled (turns dark).
*Ensure that you have swiped so that your drop off details will remain on the route.
Enjoy the bus ride, and a notification will be sent when you have reached your destination.
