Dear passengers,
Effective from 1 October 2025, location permissions will be required for swiping of boarding passes.
Passengers will only be able to swipe their boarding passes within the proximity of the pickup point, kindly ensure the following settings are enabled on your respective devices.
Kindly refer to the below instructions to ensure the required settings have been enabled for iPhone and Android.
How can I check if my live location is visible on the SWATBiz app?
To verify if your live location is being shown in the app, follow these steps:
Go to Manage Bookings.
Select your ride bookings.
On the map, look for a blue dot and cone — this indicates your current location and direction.
If the blue dot and cone are not visible, ensure that your device’s location services are enabled and that the SWATbiz app has permission to access your location.

If you're having trouble with your boarding pass, try swiping it outside the sheltered staff gantry pick-up point.
